I called Dylan during a stretch of hot days when my AC was not working to cool my house at all. Dylan came to my house in the late afternoon after he finished one of his other jobs for the day to diagnose the issue. Within minutes, Dylan was able to pinpoint the issue outside the house within the central air unit and have a solution ready. He had the problem remedied within an hour and cold air began to again blow once he restarted the system. He was a consummate professional, explained what the problem was, how we intended to rectify the issue, and offered multiple solutions. He did not try to upsell me into purchasing a whole new unit when an issue arose, but fixed the existing unit while suggesting that in a few years a replacement may be wise, in addition to the energy savings. A few days later, I received a call back from Dylan checking in on the unit to ensure that it was still functioning correctly without any problems. I was incredibly pleased with Dylan and his help with my HVAC system, and have recommended him to anyone that has needed repairs or service. read less
